WEE! I finally got something up
 DDThat's like the first in weeks! I sorta rushed though, because I was so excited, but whatever I'm in love with it. Since Halloween is coming up, I've decided to present you with the Grim Reaper! Wait wait, there is some inspiration behind this. In English, we're doing our poetry unit and we read "Because I Could Not Stop for Death". In the poem, Emily Dickinson decided to personify death as a gentleman rather than the scythe bearing one that we know. So I thought, well, why not give her the face of a gentle lady? Lady Death keeps a nice, soft face to calm those who have died. And rather than a scythe, I chose to give her a gas lamp as she guides you to the afterlife... Okay, maybe it sounded better in my head.... But anyway, yes her left eye is totally black, sclera and pupil and all. Its very difficult to tell. And those little colorful things are souls... although, they kinda look like those little ball things from FFX dont they? xD |
